Fees & Expense Reimbursement
Important
SANDARC charges NO exam fees. All examinations are completely free of charge to all applicants. No fees may be assessed against any applicant for any SANDARC exam session.
SANDARC does not provide reimbursement to VE teams for any session-related expenses. All costs associated with running a SANDARC exam session are the responsibility of the team. SANDARC may provide materials to teams as non-reimbursable expenses but these will be limited in scope and at the discretion of SANDARC.
FCC Application Fee
All applicants for a new license must pay a mandatory $35 fee directly to the FCC. Applicants will receive an email from the FCC with payment instructions after SANDARC submits their session data. The payment link is apps.fcc.gov/cores/paymentFrnLogin.do and the fee must be paid within 10 calendar days or the FCC will dismiss the application.
