Working with Other VECs
Teams are free to work with other VECs in addition to SANDARC. However, please be mindful of the following circumstances:
Scheduling Sessions Under Multiple VECs at the Same Time
There is no benefit in running one session under multiple VECs. Please decide which VEC your team is affiliated with, and stick with it. Scheduling sessions on top of each other will just pollute the HamStudy listing and ultimately confuse applicants.
Note
The only exception is when the other VEC reimburses students/youths for their FCC application fee. Still, you should hide the other session to avoid creating duplicate sessions on the HamStudy listing.
SANDARC reserves the right to take action against teams who run concurrent sessions, a single session under multiple VECs, spreading applicants across multiple sessions, or employing other innovative means to game the system.
Branding and Publications
No branding of any other VECs is permitted at SANDARC exam sessions. You are, however, encouraged to use your club logo and slogan at the exam sessions and promote your club.
