Exam Materials
ExamTools is the only authorized source for generating question booklets, NCVEC Form 605, and CSCE. SANDARC does not supply any of the above and prohibits the use of materials acquired from other sources.
Exam Booklets
Team Leads generate exam booklets directly from ExamTools. Any team member may assist with printing them, including Technician class licensees. Please make sure you download exams that are suited for GradeCam™ use. SANDARC does not allow manual grading or pre-determined keys.
Re-using Question Booklets
It is perfectly acceptable to reuse exams from one session across multiple sessions as long as you don't administer the same exam to an applicant more than once.
Bubble Forms (aka scantrons)
Use the 35/50 question combo form downloadable from ExamTools
You may optionally provide the SANDARC instruction sheet to your applicants to help them correctly complete the bubble sheet.
Exam Validity
The Question Pool Committee (QPC) may issue errata, which could invalidate some of the pre-printed exams. It is crucial to ensure your exams are valid. You will receive an email from SANDARC upon each new erratum. You can always check the validity of your exams by checking their test IDs on ExamTools.
Administering Exams on Tablets
Teams are encouraged to use tablets to administer exams. This way, you won't have to deal with invalidated exams and your applicants will always receive a perfectly valid and random set of questions. That being said, the team is responsible for properly locking down the device to ensure the applicants cannot gain any unfair advantage.

Form NCVEC 605
Form NCVEC 605 is automatically generated for each applicant via ExamTools. Teams do not need to print nor fill out any physical form.
Certificate of Successful Completion of Examination (CSCE)
Similar to Form NCVEC 605, ExamTools will also handle generating CSCEs for you.
